Some Associations may find it beneficial for us to perform a few select duties while reserving others for its leadership and volunteers to accomplish. We will partner with your Association to meet its challenges by establishing key result areas and fee parameters.

We conduct regular property inspections to ensure that the community is well-maintained and in compliance with all relevant regulations. We communicate restriction violations to owners and provide detailed reports.
We have long term relationships with industry leaders in every vendor category. We assist the Board with RFP development and distribution. CAM's reputation of paying vendors on time ensures their satisfaction in providing services.

CAM develops and maintains community websites which hosts public information and governing documents as well as provide access to the Vantaca portal for information that's specific to community members.
CAM assists the Board with architectural reviews and notifies members of their approval or need to submit additional documents. This process is managed through the Vantaca software platform.
CAM partners with multiple insurance brokers and goes out for bid on policies annually. CAM keeps the Board informed on policy renewals and makes sure they are in place on time.
The Manager assists the Board in preparation for Board and Annual Meetings including developing the agenda, proxies and notification. The Manager attends meetings.
CAM facilitates the preparation of annual tax returns, W2/1099 forms and audits as requested by the Board of Directors.
